iKopper does not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. However, if you are a Nevada resident and wish to submit a verified request to opt out, please email us at support@ikopper.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request."

c) California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
